Which countries do we deliver to?
Our Europe-wide network enables us to reach almost any address on the European mainland—regardless of whether it is in a large city or a rural region. Deliveries to islands and Greece are excluded.
How exactly does the transport process work?
Shortly after you make your booking, we will send you the planned pick-up and delivery dates. We will notify you by email as soon as the vehicle has been picked up. In addition, our transport partner will contact you the day before delivery to arrange the exact delivery time with you. Any damage to the vehicle will be recorded in the CMR document so that the condition of the vehicle is fully documented.
What costs will I incur?
Our prices are transparent and can be viewed at any time. You only pay the stated transport price – there are no hidden fees or additional costs. The price is based on the distance and the vehicle to be transported and will be displayed before you book. We reserve the right to adjust the price only in the event of last-minute changes to the delivery address.
How quickly will my vehicle be delivered?
On our express routes, delivery is guaranteed within 3–4 business days. If we exceed this period, we will automatically issue you with a voucher for the difference between the express and standard shipping costs for your next order.
For standard shipping, the delivery time is usually 5–9 business days, depending on the route and availability. You can see the estimated delivery time when you place your order.
