Your tasks:

  • Leadership: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Team Building: Recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier talent, creating a high-performing team capable of tackling complex Salesforce projects.
  • Scaling Orgs: Utilize your experience in scaling organizations to drive the expansion and optimization of our Salesforce environment, ensuring it aligns with business goals.
  • Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute Salesforce strategies that enhance business processes and internal customer experiences.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies and best practices, supporting the team in solving complex technical challenges.


Your profile:

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Experience in the Role: Ideally experience in Salesforce engineering Management and a track record of success in scaling organizations.
  • Technical Proficiency: proven technical background in software development and architecture.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges.

Nice to have:

  • Conversational German skills 
  • Experience in startups or other fast-paced environments
  • Previous experience working with SOA based systems.
