As a Product Designer at CarOnSale, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing solutions that meet our users' needs. Your expertise in UX design and research, along with your proficiency in tools like Figma, will drive the success of our products.

Your Tasks
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to understand project goals, user needs, and business objectives.
- Conduct user interviews and research to gain insights into user behaviours, pain points, and preferences, and translate these findings into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with project requirements and adhere to design principles.
- Develop user flows and interaction models that enhance the usability and accessibility of our products.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the successful implementation of your designs and provide guidance throughout the development process.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine design concepts.
- Present design ideas and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to improve designs.
Your Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on UX design and research.
- Proficiency in using design tools such as Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- A solid portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and the ability to design for diverse user needs.
- Experience conducting user research, user interviews, usability testing, and gathering insights to inform design decisions.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices for creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment and adapt to feedback from stakeholders.
